Ordering Process

Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery is estimated to arrive within 7-12 business days from shipment. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout and depend on order specifics.

Returns and Refunds

You may request a return within 14 calendar days following delivery, subject to these conditions:

Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging;
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect;

Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method and processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you must submit your request within 24 hours of order placement. After this period, cancellation may not be possible if processing has already begun.
